The short version
This is a portfolio. I don’t sell anything, run ads, or collect your data for marketing. This page exists because the law asks for it, so here is what happens when you visit.
Hosting
This site is built and hosted with Framer (Framer B.V., Amsterdam). To show you the site and keep it secure, Framer processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. Framer’s built-in analytics counts visits without using cookies.
Videos
Project videos play through Framerate (framerate.tv) and are streamed by Mux. The video player can set cookies and loads Google Tag Manager and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which may share data with Google and LinkedIn.
Some pages show Instagram posts. They load from Meta Platforms Ireland, which can set cookies and see that you visited the page.
Contact
If you write to me through the contact form or by email, I only use your name, email address and message to reply. I don’t add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data I have about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or complain to a data protection authority. Just email hello@roxyvelez.com.
